#3 Globalization. A tooling supplier must know what its customers want and then be able to supply it anywhere in the world. Successful tooling manufacturer are more than just suppliers of plastic parts. They are business partners with their customers, helping them to find global solutions to manufacturing according to their requirements.

#4 newest high technology. Whether it’s e-commerce, new CAD/CAM software, ERPmanagement systems, new tooling equipment, or secondary machinery, successful tooling company keep up with technology that can provide value to the customer, maximize productivity and efficiency, and add dollars to the bottom line.

#5 Be careful. Being constantly aware of changes taking place in both the customer’s business and its own business allows a tooling company owner to take change and stay on top of the game. A tooling supplier must be ready with new, creative solutions.
