1)We are a professional injection mold company in china, we have been making Tooling/manufacturing/machining plastic injection mould/mold since 1998.
2)We can design and make the mould according to clients’ drawings and sample
3)Cavities: 1*2 ( mold type: Two plates mold)
4)Cavity& core material: 738H Steel (Hasco standard)
5)Part material: PP
6)Mold life: 30W shots
7)We are experienced in both cold runner and hot runner moulds
8)Lead time: 20-40 days after receipt of deposit and confirmation of drawings, Mainly depending on the mould demensions and structure
9)Payment: 5/3/2(50% deposit, 30% after receipt of the first sample, 20% before shipment after confirmation ok) by T/T
10)Packing: Standard wooden case or as per customer’s requirements.
