1) customer offer 3D data in format of STP, IGS, PRT or Solidworks and other requirement for the injection molded products.
2) we will provide the quotation for injection mould and plastic parts in one day.
3) customer approve our quotation
4) we start the mold design after the customer place the order, and then make the mold after mold design is approved by customer
5)we will send the T1 sample and FAI to customer and customer will give us feedback to guide us modify the mold
6)ship out the mold by sea or air after all modification is done.
